Your puppy has been checked by our veterinarian and was found to be healthy and free from any genetic defects, parainfluenza or Parvovirus. You must also have your veterinarian check your puppy's health within 3 days of pick-up to verify your puppy's health, otherwise we cannot be held accountable for anything the puppy might pick up under your care.
We require the full legal name of the person purchasing the puppy and a photocopy of their current government issued ID. You can email ID to [email protected]. The person purchasing the puppy must also be (one of) the person(s) who will be raising the puppy (living with the puppy) unless otherwise noted ahead of time. We do not breed dogs with Hip or Elbow dysplasia however in an extra large breed those things are determined by environment and nutrition as well as by genetics. For this reason we do not guarantee against HD or ED however we will help you to create the healthiest environment for your puppy and their joints and are always here for advice especially when it comes to the care and nutrition that the puppy receives.
We do not breed dogs with skin disorders or skin infections however this is the number one most common problem in bully breeds and is also determined more by nutrition and environmental factors than by genes as well as the fact that Blue coated (and dilute blues such as champagne or lilac) pitbulls and bully breeds are especially prone to skin issues. For these reasons we do not guarantee against any skin related issues.
We do not breed our females until they are two years old or they have their third heat- whichever happens first. We do not breed males before a year and a half. We do not require that you wait this period of time with our puppies to breed them, but we would highly suggest it, as it is important to us that our dogs are emotionally and physically ready to have puppies when the time comes.
If you are getting the puppy spayed/neutered, it is important to us that you wait until they are 12 months old (1 year old) at a very minimum and will insist on this unless discussed prior. We would suggest you wait ideally even until they are 24 months old (2 years.) There is a lot of research to suggest that dogs need their sex hormones to mature properly and that early spay and neuter can contribute to things like dysplasia and arthritis, as well as cancer later in life.
Our kennel name (Leash Candy) will appear before the puppy's name on UKC papers and ABKC or any other registry if applicable.
We do not agree with dog fighting and we do not allow our puppies to be involved in any illegal activities. If we find out that our puppy is involved in any illegal or fighting activity we will pursue legal action to regain rights to the puppy.
It is $500 or $1000 deposit to hold a puppy. Puppies must be paid off by the age of six (6) weeks. The only time a deposit is refundable is if the breeding does not happen for some reason or if the pick and gender is not born. Otherwise deposits are non refundable and are only transferable to future litters.

I agree to always provide adequate food, fresh water, and regular veterinarian visits, and any necessary emergency vet care for the puppy throughout its life.
If I ever find myself unable to provide this or other care for the puppy, the breeder will be notified before I take any action to rehome the puppy. If our puppies are rehomed or surrendered to shelter before we are notified, or if any other point of contract is broken, we will pursue legal action.
This puppy will be kept indoors- will not be living outside.
